Terms & Conditions

Willow Media is digital marketing agency specialising in web development, branding and creative photography and videography. The specific services included depend on the plan selected (Essential, Pro, Enterprise or Bespoke) as described in your plan documentation.

Term and Renewal: All plans have a minimum term of 12 months from the start date. After the initial term, plans automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless either party provides 30 days notice prior to renewal.

Fees and Payment: Fees are outlined at checkout or in your plan agreement. Payments are due according to the schedule selected (monthly, quarterly, or annual). By subscribing, you authorize Willow Media to charge the provided payment method. Late payments may incur additional fees as stated in invoices.

Early Termination: If a client terminates their plan before the end of the 12-month minimum term, remaining fees for the term may become immediately due, or an early termination fee may apply as outlined in the plan agreement.

Scope of Services: Services are limited to what is included in the selected plan. Additional work outside the scope may incur extra charges or as agreed in writing. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by client responsiveness or project complexity.

Revisions: Each plan includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond this allowance are billed at an additional fee.

Ownership and Intellectual Property: Willow Media retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, or assets. Upon full payment or contract completion, ownership of final deliverables produced exclusively for the client transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in a bespoke plan.

Support and Maintenance: Support and maintenance included in the selected plan are outlined at checkout. Additional support can be purchased separately.

Liability: Willow Media’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services. Provider is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms: Willow Media may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction , England & Wales.

Acceptance: By purchasing, or using Willow Media’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
